Lebanese wine stands out due to its rich history and the unique terroir of the region. Lebanon’s Mediterranean climate, with its hot summers and cool nights, along with its diverse soils, allows for the cultivation of grapes that are full of character and complexity. The winemaking tradition in Lebanon dates back thousands of years, blending ancient practices with modern techniques. This combination results in wines that are not only flavorful but also steeped in heritage, offering a truly unique experience.
To preserve the quality of Lebanese wine, store it in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature, ideally between 55-65°F (13-18°C). Keep the bottles lying on their sides to ensure the cork remains moist. When serving, red wines are best enjoyed at a slightly cooler room temperature (around 60-65°F or 16-18°C), while white wines are ideally served chilled (around 50-55°F or 10-13°C). Allow red wines to breathe for a few minutes before drinking to fully appreciate their aroma and flavor.
Yes, we prioritize sustainability in the wines we import. We work closely with Lebanese vineyards that adhere to responsible farming practices, including minimal use of chemicals, water conservation, and promoting biodiversity in their vineyards. Additionally, many of our partner wineries are committed to fair trade practices, ensuring that their workers are treated ethically and fairly. Our goal is to bring you exceptional wines that are also produced with respect for the environment and local communities.
